Stress Control Workshops

HSE Health and Wellbeing is hosting an online, free Stress Control programme beginning 2nd November. This programme, which helps participants deal with their stress and learn skills to support their mental wellbeing, is made up of six online sessions of an hour and half each. To join simply go to to register.

The six sessions course will run twice a week, Monays and Thursdays, for three weeks. Sessions will be live streamed at 2pm and again at 8:30pm. They will be available for 48 hours after that. To access the course attendees will need a device and a wifi or internet connection.
