The FREE Yoga classes are being extended for another 4 weeks. These classses will help to strengthen your flexibility and posture. Paul will teach breathing techniques that will boost your physical and mental health. This is being offered by Southside Partnership Women's Programme in conjunction with Healthy Ireland. All classes will be via ZOOM link.
